Created in 2005, de Spot is an art gallery/gift shop located in historic Druid Hills Shopping Centre. It is the creation of Karen Despot, but the creativity of many truly talented artists permeates the walls. It is an art gallery and gift shop, but it feels like a home. Paintings, pottery, woodwork, quilts, wearable art, weaving, jewelry, glasswork, furniture and more fill the space with fun and awe. Opened by Karen to showcase her murals, painted furniture, ball gowns, jewelry, wearable art and portraits it is also to showcase the works of local, regional and national artists. Karen’s goal is to have the majority of the shop 'Made in the USA'!

Hours of operation are Monday thru Friday 10:30-5:00; Saturday and Sunday by appointment.
